On New Existence, personalbrand presents three fidgeting, hyperactive tracks that use grime-inspired motifs and experimental club influences to communicate a sense of future shock, the feeling that change and transience has become so rapid that it is now overwhelming. Yet rather than becoming preoccupied with cascading catastrophes, the tracks' more abrasive aspects repeatedly interact with organic elements, alluding to decelerated ways of living that combine technological development with appreciation of the natural world.

Producer, curator, and founder of experimental label POSTWORLD, the current iteration of personalbrand is exploring how visions of hope might be reflected in the shards of our contemporary failures. Despite his moniker, he is presently focused on illuminating the music and art of others that share this anticipative outlook.

personalbrand has released music on TAR and Over My Body, and is a former resident DJ at Taipei's FINAL.
